On-line payments are accepted only through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.com. Or fax your order to: (412) 421-0693 with your credit card information.

Use your PayPal account as payment for your order and get a 5% rebate back. When your order is processed, you will receive 5% of the value of your order, not including shipping nor sales tax.

ORDERS

Orders received by 9 PM EST are processed for shipping the next business day. If any part of your order is backordered and not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.

From time to time, and depending on load, we maybe able to ship out same day if your order is placed by 5 PM EST. (Try calling after you place your order if we can do this.) Additionally, we occassionally will be able to upgrade your shipping request at no extra charge. Again, this depends on load for the day.

  • UPS 3-Day Select (where available) - $9.00
  • UPS 2nd Day - $11.00
  • UPS Next Day - $15.00

    Orders are shipped next business day.

For defective products or missing parts, first contact the warranty service provider listed in the Warranty section of the product description.

RETURNS

This return policy applies for all our telephone, catalog and web orders. For products purchased at us at a Computer Show, please refer to the policy stated on the receipt.

All of our products listed are brand new, you may return an item in new condition with original packaging and accessories within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee).Whirlwind Specials may be returned only when defective and within 14 days of purchase date.

Shipping costs are not refunded. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and begin processing the returned item. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
